What is Character Dining?
Character dining at Walt Disney World is an experience that allows you to enjoy a delicious meal while interacting with your favorite Disney characters. Most character dining options include four characters that will rotate throughout the restaurant, stopping at each table to greet guests, take pictures, and sign autographs.
Character Dining Locations at Disney World
There are a number of different character dining locations at Disney World that offer different experiences and the chance to meet a myriad of Disney characters.
1900 Park Fare
Characters: Cinderella, Princess Tiana, Aladdin, and Mirabel
Location: Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa

Attend a grand gathering to celebrate the magical power of a wish with fellow wishers Cinderella, Aladdin, Princess Tiana, and Mirabel. Guests will delight in an expansive buffet for breakfast and dinner with options that everyone can enjoy.
Akershus Royal Banquet Hall

Feast in honor of the beloved storybook princesses including Snow White, Belle, Aurora, and others. Akershus serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner with all meals being served family-style.

Cape May Cafe offers a character dining experience for breakfast only, “Minnie’s Beach Bash Breakfast.” The buffet style meal includes breakfast favorites like Mickey Mouse waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, and more. Characters will be in their beach attire!
Cinderella’s Royal Table

Location: Magic Kingdom
Cuisine: American, Fine/Signature Dining

Cinderella’s Royal Table is a favorite amongst families, as you’ll have the chance to dine in Cinderella’s Castle and say hello to some of your favorite Disney Princesses. The Princesses rotate throughout the day, so it’s difficult to know who you will meet while you’re there. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served at Cinderella’s Royal Table.

Chef Mickey’s

When people think of Disney character dining, they’re probably thinking about Chef Mickey’s. The restaurant is located on the concourse level of Disney’s Contemporary Resort and offers guests the chance to say hello to Mickey Mouse and some of his friends in their chef outfits. Breakfast and dinner are service at Chef Mickey’s.
The Crystal Palace

How to Reserve Character Dining
Character dining reservations may be made 60 days in advance. If you are staying at a Disney Resort, you will be able to make dining reservations for your length of stay (up to 10 days) 60 days prior to your check-in date, giving you a leg up when it comes to securing those hard-to-get reservations.
