How Does it Work?
Getting Started: Once you’ve completed a quote request, a member of the KMV Travel team will be in touch to schedule a phone consultation. During the phone consultation, your dedicated Travel Advisor will get to know your family and answer any questions you might have.
Quote Review and Booking: Your Travel Advisor will take the information provided on your request form and shared during the consultation call to create a personalized quote for your family. The quote will also include enhancements that can be booked at this time, including ground transportation, upgraded park tickets, travel insurance and more. Once you’ve reviewed the quote and selected the option that works best for your family, your Travel Advisor will collect the additional information needed to book your vacation.
Planning: Planning for every destination is completely different, but don’t worry, because your Travel Advisor will walk you through each step, assisting as much or as little as you’d like. For a Disney Vacation, your Travel Advisor will book your dining reservations, help you determine what parks to visit on each day, ensure you know the ins-and-outs of essential tools like Genie+ and the My Disney Experience/Disneyland app, and much more.
Bon Voyage: Prior to your trip, your Travel Advisor will offer the opportunity to have a pre-trip call to review your itinerary and ask any last minute questions. While we will provide you all the tools and resources you need prior to your trip, we are there during your stay to answer any questions should you need assistance.
